About the role
We are hiring a Clinic Director to lead the care delivery teams, programs, and systems at our Los Angeles, CA clinic. Reporting to the General Manager - West Region you will partner with operational leaders to steer an interdisciplinary care team that includes psychiatrists, therapists, dietitians, health coaches, and member support specialists. This is a full-time, onsite role with a Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm schedule.

- Intake Leadership: Head the intake process by connecting new patients to necessary clinical resources, and lead the crafting of individualized treatment plans that are tailored to each patient’s unique needs and journey
- Complex Patient Care Management: Directly engage in the care of complex patients, offering support to the clinical team and intervention as needed, ensuring our members unique needs are met with empathy and expertise
- Professional Development: As the Clinic Director, you will also undertake any required training, ensuring that your skills and knowledge are in alignment with the latest best practices in the field
