This is a foundational, builder role. You will own the AI transformation roadmap for Global Studio, both developing and executing the team’s strategy to integrate AI into every facet of the studio’s capabilities. You will serve as the internal subject matter expert that leadership and stakeholder teams consult on AI creative strategy. Beyond strategy, you will redesign production pipelines such that format adaptation, copy localization, layout generation, and asset scaling are AI-first rather than human first.

After a successful first year establishing foundational workflows and partnerships, we are now focused on making AI and technology the backbone of how we produce, scale, and deliver creative content across 30+ markets and a rapidly expanding partner ecosystem. We are looking for an AI & Workflow Automation Lead to own the strategy, systems, and standards that make Global Studio smarter, faster, and more consistent every quarter.
