This role is a dynamic mix of transactional work, product counseling, compliance and regulatory advising. You will support foundational technology efforts, new business initiatives, and customer-facing products and services. In this role, you will take on diverse responsibilities including negotiating deals, advising on regulatory strategies, looking around corners to identify and mitigate critical legal and reputational risks, and developing mechanisms that allow our builder teams to move quickly and confidently.

Key job responsibilities

Provide strategic legal counsel to senior business leaders on a broad range of legal and business matters.

Identify, assess, and manage legal risks across multiple business lines and jurisdictions.

Develop and implement legal strategies that support business objectives while mitigating risk.

Advise on regulatory compliance, corporate governance, and emerging legal issues.
