As a Health and Safety Manager you will own the Health and Safety function for a 24/7 assembly facility performing server chassis assembly, automated optical inspection, liquid cooling system integration, high-power functional testing, and rack-level system builds.
This role carries significant ambiguity. You will build safety programs from the ground up for a novel assembly environment that combines automated assembly lines, high-voltage energized testing (500kW+ per rack), liquid cooling processes under pressure, and industrial robotics. You will serve as the safety leader on site, owning regulatory compliance, incident investigation, automation safety acceptance, and contractor safety coordination. You will partner with operations leadership, automation engineering, corporate safety functions, and third-party service providers to create and sustain a safety program that keeps pace with rapid operational scaling.
