The Ad Services team builds support experiences integrated into the advertiser's workflow — carefully balanced between self-service options and personalized assistance, context-aware, and designed to drive end-user productivity regardless of prior experience or knowledge. You will own the full software lifecycle for your team's systems — from design and architecture through deployment and ongoing operations. You'll define roadmaps that align with broader organizational goals, tackle complex technical challenges where the path forward is not always clear, and establish the team structure and engineering practices to deliver at scale.
