We're seeking a Program Manager to drive strategic Amazon Business (B2B) growth initiatives for Amazon's US 3P Seller business. This role will serve as the hinge point between the US 3P Seller business, and the Amazon Business 3P team. They will support the operationalization of Amazon Business initiatives within the US 3P organization, while also working backwards from US 3P priorities to develop bottoms-up strategies to be implemented within or for the Amazon Business organization.

- Own and execute key components of our AB strategy within the broader 3P ecosystem
- Develop and implement growth initiatives across multiple success levers (e.g. AB Pricing, AB Deals, AB Selection)
- Collaborate across product lines (CE, Hardlines, Consumables, F2) to achieve growth targets
- Support 3P sellers to identify and execute growth opportunities
- Analyze data and seller feedback to measure initiative effectiveness and guide decision-making
- Create and present business reviews to senior leadership on strategic initiatives to drive the business
