We are seeking a Sr. Estimating Manager to join the newly formed AMER Estimating and Cost Control (ECC) organization as a senior individual contributor and estimating subject matter expert.
This is a senior IC role with scope that spans multiple mega clusters — the largest and most complex cluster groupings in AMER. Beyond your own portfolio, you serve as an AMER-wide subject matter expert, setting the estimating standards, methodologies, and estimating vendor management practices that ECC adopts across all cluster groups. You will operate with a high degree of autonomy, making precedent-setting pricing and estimating judgment calls with minimal oversight, and representing the estimating function directly to senior leadership and cross-functional partners.
