Own the strategy and end-to-end delivery of cross-cutting programs that span multiple engineering and product teams
Drive alignment across organizations, making the hard trade-offs and keeping everyone moving toward the same goal
Build repeatable processes and automation that help teams move faster and with higher quality
Partner with engineering, product, and science teams to turn customer pain points into roadmap priorities
Communicate progress, risks, and decisions clearly to senior leaders
