About the role
Gravitee is redefining how enterprises manage and govern APIs, events, and agents across modern architectures. As adoption accelerates across North America, we are expanding our new business sales team to capture this growth.
What they're looking for
- The right candidate will bring a combination of enterprise sales experience, technical curiosity, and strong execution skills:
- 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Technical Account Management, Implementation, or Professional Services within a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment
- Solid domain knowledge or strong affinity for developer platforms, API management, event-driven architecture, or enterprise security
- Proven track record leading complex technical implementations for enterprise accounts with multi-stakeholder teams
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to balance multiple client launches against tight timelines
- High technical literacy — comfortable speaking with enterprise architects, security teams, and developers while translating complex concepts for business executives
