About the role
Ambience Healthcare is looking for a Senior Manager, Growth Marketing to own the execution and measurement of our account-based marketing (ABM) motion. You'll sit within Commercial Marketing, reporting to the Head of Commercial Marketing, and partner closely with Sales to turn a prioritized list of target hospital and health-system accounts into concrete, measured marketing plays. What they're looking for
- An experienced B2B marketer. 6–8+ years of marketing experience with direct exposure to a sales-aligned or account-based motion
- Healthcare-tested. You've worked directly with hospitals and health systems — payer-only or life-sciences-only backgrounds don't meet this bar
- Hands-on with CRM/martech. You're comfortable working inside a CRM or marketing platform (Salesforce, HubSpot, Pardot, or similar) to pull and act on your own data
- Measurement-minded. You're skeptical of activity metrics and know how to separate real signal — account or pipeline movement — from noise
- Comfortable with ambiguity. You propose next steps rather than waiting for direction
