Ambrook is building a world-class team that values design and craft. As a design engineer on growth, you'll grow the business by increasing the pace of experimentation, enabling more small businesses to realize the full potential of Ambrook's platform.
What they're looking for
- Own: The craft of our growth surfaces (marketing site, landing pages, activation flows, checkout) and the marketing design system underneath them
- Teach: Visual and interaction standards for marketing work, and how to hold a high bar while moving fast
- Learn: Ins and outs of building a fintech and climate tech company, including how real-economy producers evaluate, buy, and adopt software
- Improve: Experiment velocity across the company, by enabling others and setting an example with the work you ship
