What they're looking for
- Demonstrated experience safely operating and maneuvering full-size tractor-trailers, including backing trailers into tight spaces and loading docks
- An active Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) is not required , as all tractor-trailer operations are performed exclusively onsite, with no public road or over-the-road driving
- Strong tractor-trailer backing, parking, and positioning skills, with the ability to navigate confined areas safely and efficiently
- Experience safely coupling and uncoupling trailers
- Excellent spatial awareness, judgment, and attention to safety when operating large equipment around buildings, personnel, and other vehicles
- Good physical stamina and the ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including connecting and disconnecting trailers and equipment
