About the role

Support the implementation of Supply Chain career development programs, including role-based competency frameworks, employee development plans, and the department-wide training plan, to establish clear and measurable progression pathways for employees across Supply Chain.

What they're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, Instructional Design, Communications, or a related field
  • 3 or more years of experience in learning and development, organizational development, people programs, or a closely related function
  • Demonstrated experience designing and facilitating training programs for adult learners in a professional or organizational setting
  • Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional people programs, including career development, capability building, or manager enablement initiatives, across multiple stakeholder groups
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a track record of producing clear, professional documentation, facilitation materials, and stakeholder-ready deliverables
  • Experience governing or curating a knowledge management platform such as Bloomfire, Confluence, or a comparable tool

The Change Management Specialist will lead people development and engagement programs that support workforce growth and organizational capability across Supply Chain.
