About the role

Own a product area — Take full accountability for a specific area of the product, defining a 6-12 month roadmap that balances new feature development, user requests, technical debt, and content debt. Champion your customers — Represent your users in all phases of product development, drawing on insights from customer discovery work to pinpoint gaps in quality, and proactively address issues to enhance user satisfaction and engagement.

What they're looking for

  • 5 years of experience in product management, ideally within EdTech, SaaS, consumer tech, or a similarly complex B2B2C environment, experience with technically complex products involving backend services, APIs, or platform infrastructure is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in related field required or combination of education and direct experience. Advanced degree preferred
  • A proven track record of shipping features from concept to launch and iterating based on post-launch feedback
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Experience in an Agile environment, with a deep understanding of sprint cycles, user story mapping, and discovery techniques
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority

As a Product Manager, you will lead cross-functional teams of engineers, writers, designers, interaction developers, learning scientists, and marketers to dream up, design, and deliver transformative classroom experiences. This role includes ownership of both user-facing features and the backend services and APIs that support them.
