About the role
Define the north star - set the vision, strategy, and 12–18 month roadmap for the curriculum that aligns with the company’s long-term goals and product strategy while solving immediate customer pain points and contribute insights that shape the 2-3 year company’s product portfolio vision
What they're looking for
- 8+ years of product management experience, ideally in a high-growth SaaS, ed tech, or consumer tech environment
- Bachelor’s degree in related field required or combination of education and direct experience. Advanced degree preferred
- Startup and growth experience - you’ve thrived in fast-moving environments where priorities shift and ownership is essential
- Proven track record of delivery - you’ve managed the end-to-end lifecycle of complex products, from vision through launch and iteration
- A team leader - you inspire teammates, put structure around ambiguity, and align diverse stakeholders
- Strong communication skills - you’re a great storyteller in words and writing. You can simplify complex concepts for diverse stakeholders and inspire confidence in leadership
