About the role
As the Social Media Specialist at Andela, you will manage our social media presence across paid and organic channels, with a strong emphasis on LinkedIn and other B2B platforms. You will develop and implement strategies that grow Andela’s brand, drive audience engagement, and generate demand. This role sits at the intersection of content, growth, and brand — requiring both a creative eye and a data-driven mindset.
What they're looking for
- 3–4 years of experience in social media marketing, with a clear and demonstrable focus on B2B audiences
- Hands-on experience managing both organic and paid social programs. LinkedIn expertise is essential
- Track record of growing social audiences and driving measurable engagement in a B2B context
- Experience working within or alongside demand generation or growth marketing teams is a strong plus
- Strong content creation skills — you can write compelling copy and brief creative effectively for B2B audiences
- Comfortable with analytics platforms and able to translate data into actionable recommendations
