About the role
As Senior Director, Revenue Marketing you will lead Andela's go-to-market marketing function — owning the strategy, execution, and team that drives pipeline and revenue growth across all of Andela's regions and partner channels. You will be the connective tissue between the global marketing organization and the revenue-facing teams across the business, ensuring that regional marketing, demand generation, and partner marketing are tightly aligned to commercial priorities.
What they're looking for
- 10+ years of B2B marketing experience, with a strong track record in go-to-market, field marketing, demand generation, or related functions, ideally within a high-growth technology company
- 7+ years in people management roles, with demonstrated success leading and developing teams
- Proven experience owning a GTM marketing strategy across multiple regions or markets simultaneously, with direct accountability for pipeline and revenue contribution
- Demonstrated experience managing or closely partnering with partner or channel marketing functions, with an understanding of how to build and scale co-marketing programs
- Track record of building strong, productive relationships with sales leadership and other go-to-market stakeholders, including experience working in a matrix organization where influence matters as much as authority
- Experience working with Revenue Operations and Sales Enablement to connect marketing activity to measurable revenue outcomes
