About the role
We are looking for a Program Manager to drive execution across the Global Partnerships team. This role will manage roadshows and LP engagements, coordinate GP and LP availability, and lead projects that span the team. The ideal candidate brings structure to complex logistics, keeps stakeholders and priorities aligned, and ensures that commitments, deliverables, and follow-ups move forward on time.

- Proven track record managing complex multi-city travel and high-stakes external events from planning through flawless execution
- Exceptional organizational skills and obsessive attention to detail, able to manage many moving parts simultaneously without dropping a thread
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the polish and judgment to interface directly with LPs, senior leaders, and external partners
- Strong project management ability, with the range to take initiatives from 0 to 1, set timelines, and drive them to completion with minimal oversight
- Sound judgment and absolute discretion when handling confidential and sensitive information
- Comfort with ambiguity and a high rate of change, able to re-prioritize quickly without compromising quality
