About the role
As an NX Cad Admin / Triage support at Anduril, you will be instrumental in establishing, maintaining, and optimizing the Siemens NX CAD environment that powers our engineering and manufacturing teams. You will support the organization and its users on the day to day activities by working side-by-side with all of our users to support their needs, ensuring that designers and engineers have reliable, performant, and standardized tools to rapidly innovate. What they're looking for
- Education: Associate degree or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Drafting/Design, or equivalent work experience
- Experience: 2–4 years of experience in an IT helpdesk/technical support role
- CAD Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of experience supporting or directly using CAD platforms (NX, SolidWorks) in a professional environment
- Working knowledge interpreting NX Logs/Sys Logs
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with all levels of the organization
- Problem-Solving: Excellent troubleshooting skills with a methodical approach to diagnosing complex software conflicts
