About the role
As Anduril continues to grow and tackle complex government and defense missions, we are seeking a dedicated Crisis Management Lead within our Environmental Health & Safety (EH&S) organization. This role will be instrumental in supporting the EH&S Crisis Management Manager to enhance our crisis preparedness and response capabilities. What they're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Emergency Management, Environmental Health & Safety, Security Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience
- 3-5 years of experience in crisis management, emergency preparedness, or a related field focused on incident response
- Demonstrated ability to understand and contribute to the development of emergency response plans and a proactive mindset toward organizational goals in crisis preparedness and response
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate procedures
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
