About the role
We are seeking an experienced, proactive, and dynamic leader to serve as the Deputy Director of Industrial Security . In this critical leadership role, you will assist with overseeing the strategic direction and operational execution of our enterprise-wide industrial security program.
What they're looking for
- Serve as the senior technical authority on 32 CFR Part 117 (NISPOM Rule), ensuring absolute enterprise-wide compliance across all cleared facilities
- Leverage expertise with US government security policies, procedures and industry experience as it relates to Industrial security
- Build a culture of compliance, operational excellence, customer service, and continuous improvement across all security functions
- Establish team KPIs, conduct performance reviews, allocate resources effectively, and develop professional growth pathways for security personnel
- In coordination with the security education manager, develop and deliver applicable security education topics to program personnel
- Oversee and standardize Standard Practice Procedures (SPPs) for all cleared locations
