About the role
We are seeking a Director of Supply Chain to lead product sourcing, procurement, supplier quality, material flow, inventory, and warehousing operations for the ALTIUS product line in Atlanta, GA. In this role, you will lead a high-performing supply chain organization executing under extreme urgency to deliver at high-rate production. Unlike traditional aerospace programs bound to rigid, years-long developmental cycles, Anduril continuously iterates and upgrades hardware post-deployment. What they're looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Operations, or a related field
- 8+ years of progressive supply chain and procurement leadership experience within aerospace, defense, hardware devices, automotive/EV (e.g., Tesla), or advanced hardware manufacturing
- Proven track record of career progression and organizational tenure (demonstrated growth/promotions within prior companies)
- Direct experience scaling a production line to high volumes (hundreds of complex mechanical/electrical units per month)
- Demonstrated experience operating under extreme speed and ambiguity, with an ability to deliver on commitments when design definitions or specs are still evolving
- Deep expertise in supplier quality management, qualification processes, DFMEA, and AS9100 compliance
