About the role
We are looking for Electrical Engineers to join our rapidly growing Hardware Platform organization, supporting defense hardware development across propulsion and weapons systems programs Propulsion: Develop and test cutting edge electronics for propulsion system. We are looking for a self-starter with deep technical experience in defense or aerospace hardware development to apply these skills in propulsion flight controllers, power electronics, high-efficiency motor controllers, and electromagnetic actuators. What they're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience designing, testing, and troubleshooting complex PCB designs
- Foundational understanding of analog, digital, and power electronics
- Working proficiency with electronic CAD tools (Altium Designer strongly preferred)
- Familiarity with circuit simulation tools (LTSpice or equivalent)
- Competence with standard lab test equipment: oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, power supplies, DMMs, and basic test automation
