About the role
The Environmental, Safety & Health (ESH) Associate Manger of Policies and Procedures is responsible for the governance, development, implementation, and lifecycle management of all ESH documentation and communications. This role serves as the primary owner of ESH policies, procedures, standards, work instructions, and related management system documentation, ensuring content is technically accurate, compliant, user-friendly, and aligned with business objectives. - Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Technical Communications, English, Engineering, Communications, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in technical writing, document management, ESH, quality systems, regulated industries, or a related discipline
- Experience supporting Environmental, Health & Safety management systems
- Knowledge of OSHA, EPA, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, or similar regulatory and management system frameworks
- Demonstrated experience writing technical policies, procedures, and management system documentation
- Experience coordinating cross-functional document review and approval processes
