About the role
In your role as a Field Operations Deployment Manager on the Air Defense team, you are responsible for delivering and sustaining large-scale, fixed-site counter-UAS capability that protects our customers' most critical installations and infrastructure. You own the end-to-end execution of persistent, multi-sensor, multi-effector deployments across expansive site footprints — and you ensure the system delivers when our customers need it most. - Advanced degree or 4-6+ years experience in a technical field, preferably in the defense, national security, or aerospace domain
- Highly organized creative problem-solver with proven project management skills
- Experience planning and executing large-scale, fixed-site installations or infrastructure deployments, ideally involving integrated sensors, effectors, power, and networking
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain deployment playbooks, SOPs, and installation documentation that drive repeatable execution at scale
- Experience coordinating with site security, physical security, or force-protection organizations and integrating capabilities into an existing security posture
- Experienced in the creation and upkeep of documentation for new or developing processes
