About the role
As Finance Director for Fury, you'll own the financial strategy, planning, and execution for a program that spans R&D, flight test, production ramp, and fielded operations — often simultaneously. You'll be a true partner to the program managers, engineering leads, and Autonomous Airpower's leadership team, translating technical and schedule realities into financial plans that enable speed rather than slow it down. - Daily partnership with Senior Leaders within AD&S to bring first class financial expertise and support to the business
- Manage the processes for financial forecasting and budgets, and oversee the preparation of business line, product and program level financial reporting
- Own the financial oversight and management for a portfolio of large, complex, and mission-critical programs
- Lead the development of executive-level reporting and present financial insights to senior management
- Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with forecasts, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variances
- Work with senior AD&S and corporate finance leaders to identify and implement ways to improve business performance and finance systems, tools and processes
