About the role
The Head of Program Management owns the cost, schedule, and contractual performance of every active program in the EW portfolio. Your team of PMs sits at the nexus of the customer, the contract, and the delivery to ensure Anduril EW delivers what is on contract, and at the highest possible standard. You centralize and standardize the tools, processes, and operating rhythms that allow PMs to do their jobs and allow leadership to have clear insights across program. What they're looking for
- 10+ years in program management, mission operations, or related leadership roles in defense or aerospace, with at least 5 leading a multi-program PM organization
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a proven ability to distill cost, schedule, and contractual performance into clear, actionable insights for both internal leadership and external customers
- Experience building and scaling PM organizations: hiring, structuring, and developing teams of program professionals
- Demonstrated ability to build and enforce programmatic standards across a portfolio
- Proven ability to operate as a trusted peer to technical and growth leadership
- Currently possesses and is able to maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance
