About the role
We are continuing to expand our product portfolio, now moving into the surface maritime domain. Products like Dive-XL, Dive-LD, Copperhead, Seabed Sentry, and surface products in the pipeline will create a system-of-systems that enable a multitude of autonomous missions across all maritime domains.
What they're looking for
- Recruit and manage a team of skilled technicians and tradespeople to maintain XL autonomous underwater vehicles
- Establish forward operating facilities and infrastructure for the conduct of test and maintenance activities
- Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance plans and schedules
- Guide the development of maintenance documentation, including manuals, standard practices and parts catalogues (in a Tech. environment)
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and quality control procedures
- Oversee preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities
