The Asset Reliability Manufacturing Manager is responsible for leading, managing, and developing the maintenance team to ensure the reliable operation of all production equipment and facilities. This role is critical in maximizing equipment uptime, optimizing maintenance costs, ensuring a safe working environment, and driving continuous improvement initiatives within the manufacturing facility. - 7+ years of progressive experience in a manufacturing maintenance role
- At least 3-5 years of experience in a maintenance leadership or supervisory position, preferably in a fast-paced production environment
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proven experience implementing and managing PM/PdM programs
- Strong track record of improving equipment reliability and reducing downtime
- Proficiency with CMMS software
