About the role
The Supply Chain Manager, Procurement & Sourcing owns end-to-end procurement operations and product sourcing engineering, leading a team of Buyers, Sourcing Engineers, and Subcontract Managers. This role is the central point of contact for all supply chain needs across Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Program Management, and Facilities. You will develop and execute sourcing strategies that ensure supply continuity, cost optimization, and quality while enabling the business to scale. What they're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, Finance, or related field
- 5+ years of supply chain experience in progressive roles within a fast-paced manufacturing environment, with a focus on complex mechanical and/or electrical assembly
- 2+ years of experience in a leadership or managerial position
- Experience with technical procurement, including the ability to read drawings and blueprints
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization
- Familiarity with leading ERP systems
