About the role
The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations. What they're looking for
- Bachelors degree in a technical Engineering discipline
- Minimum 5+ years of experience leading organizations including teams of direct report engineers to address NPI and production execution and quality issues that impact delivery or product quality at our customer
- Minimum total of 10+ combined years of experience working in technical/engineering disciplines related to product quality/engineering as an individual contributor engineer or working engineering manager
- Working knowledge of precision mechanicals, composites, motors, and/or PCBA and Cable harnessing manufacturing processes
- Ability to read and drive clarity for technical drawings, requirements, Quality Clauses, and SOWs used to describe quality requirements
- Working knowledge of Manufacturing Execution systems, Configuration Management and Document Control/Data Management
