About the role
As the Manager, Supply Chain, you will serve as a hands-on operational partner to the Head of Production in Quonset, driving planning, procurement oversight, and materials management for Anduril's Maritime Undersea Dominance product line. This is a lead-level role that blends individual contributor execution with team oversight. You will own the daily operational cadence, keeping production on track through master scheduling, demand planning, procurement triage, and warehouse coordination. What they're looking for
- 5+ years of experience in supply chain with a strong emphasis on production planning, material planning, or master scheduling within a manufacturing environment
- Demonstrated ability to manage demand and supply planning processes and keep production teams informed and unblocked
- Hands-on experience with ERP/MRP systems, familiarity with Oracle is a plus
- Working knowledge of procurement processes, supplier management, and inventory management
- Comfort operating as both a lead-level individual contributor and a people leader, with the ability to mentor and oversee small teams
- Strong cross-functional communication skills with the ability to partner effectively with production, engineering, and finance stakeholders
