About the role

As a Manufacturing Planner, you will own the critical bridge between engineering design, supply chain, and shop-floor execution for our advanced autonomous systems. In this role, you will be responsible for defining the operational sequence of how we build hardware at scale.

What they're looking for

  • 5+ years of experience in manufacturing planning, production planning, or production control within a complex electromechanical or hardware manufacturing environment
  • Demonstrated experience in a NPI environment, transitioning complex products from design into sustained, high-rate production
  • Demonstrated expertise in creating and maintaining MBOMs, building process routings, and translating EBOM structures
  • Hands-on experience with MES and Product Data Management (PDM) software
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting complex engineering drawings, technical specifications, and process maps
  • Proven track record of navigating aggressive timelines, resource trade-offs, and prioritization decisions to support delivery commitments

Anduril’s Manufacturing Technology, Maritime Team is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer, Maritime Systems. The Maritime Manufacturing Technology Team is responsible for rapidly developing and implementing manufacturing technologies and processes for cutting-edge defense hardware, including deployable static and moving surface, undersea and sea to air vehicles and scaling these products in our new manufacturing facilities.
