About the role
Anduril’s Demand & Supply Planning team is seeking an exceptional Material Planner to drive material availability for cutting-edge defense hardware—spanning static sensor platforms, mobile ground equipment, and flight vehicles. Found on 1752vc Careers, the job board for startup and VC roles.
What they're looking for
- 3+ years of material planning, production control or supply chain experience in a high-mix or fast-paced manufacturing environment (e.g., aerospace, defense, automotive, robotics, or complex electronics)
- Demonstrated Ownership & Initiative: A proven track record of identifying broken or inefficient operational processes and autonomously leading the charge to implement corrective, scalable solutions
- Demonstrated experience managing complex Bills of Materials involving electro-mechanical assemblies, wire harnesses or precision-machined structures
- Hands-on experience operating within ERP/MRP systems (Oracle strongly preferred, SAP, Netsuite or similar accepted)
- Strong data manipulation skills in Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, index/match) to build models and shortage trackers from scratch
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 15–20%
