About the role
The Air Defense team builds robots that find other robots and knock them out of the sky. At a time when air superiority can no longer be taken for granted, the Air Defense team provides mission-critical capabilities to warfighters. From detection to tracking, identification, deterrence, and defeat, our family of networked sensors and effectors enables our customers to rapidly close the kill chain against a broad range of uncrewed aerial system (UAS) threats. - Bachelor's degree, or equivalent professional experience in lieu of a degree
- 2+ years of experience in product operations, technical operations, program/product support, or a comparable role in a high-energy, fast-paced startup, hardware, or logistics environment
- Demonstrated ability to turn operational or field data into insights and recommendations that support cross-functional decisions
- Ability to communicate and coordinate technical and non-technical efforts across product, engineering, business, and sustainment functions
- Ability to work proficiently and stay organized across multiple connected systems (e.g., Oracle ERP, Odoo, Salesforce, JIRA, Slack)
- Excellent written, visual, and verbal communication skills
