We are seeking a high-agency Product Sourcing Program Manager to join our Product Sourcing Engineering (PSE) team in Costa Mesa, CA. In this role, you will serve as the analytical engine driving transparency, velocity, and risk mitigation across our end-to-end hardware supply chain. You will partner directly with Sourcing Engineers, Supplier Industrialization Engineers (SIE), Supply & Demand Planners, and Production Leads to translate complex procurement, supplier, and inventory data into actionable intelligence. What they're looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Finance, Business Administration, or a related quantitative field. Master’s degree is a plus
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in data analytics, supply chain management, or operations analysis with a heavy focus on reporting, data modeling, and business intelligence
- Microsoft Excel: Expertise with advanced formulas, data modeling, macros, Power Query, pivot tables, and dynamic reporting
- Microsoft PowerPoint: Proficiency with slide design to effectively communicate data-driven insights, operational risks, and program updates to cross-functional teams and leadership
- BI / Data Visualization Tools: Hands-on experience building actionable dashboards in modern BI platforms (e.g., Palantir Foundry, Databricks, Power BI, etc)
