The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations. Highly competitive equity grants are included in the majority of full time offers; and are considered part of Anduril's total compensation package. What they're looking for
- Typically 5+ years of experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/work experience. Brings solid, hands-on expertise and can operate independently across a wide range of responsibilities
- Exposure to Earned Value Management (EVMS) — either as a practitioner, an auditor, or a program leader who has had to make decisions off of it
- Prior experience inside a shipbuilding, heavy-manufacturing, aerospace, or large defense program — especially one navigating a customer relationship with the U.S. Navy or a prime shipbuilder
- Experience standing up an operating cadence for a fast-growing team or program — battle rhythms, review structures, planning cycles, tracking systems
- Comfort working across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, finance, and workforce functions simultaneously — this role sits at the seam of all of them
