About the role
We are looking for an exceptional Senior Accountant to help manage Anduril's growing intercompany and intracompany accounting needs as the company prepares for a future potential IPO and drives operational excellence. The Accounting team owns the close, technical accounting, and reporting infrastructure behind one of the fastest-scaling companies in defense.
What they're looking for
- Intercompany & Consolidations: Experience with multi-entity intercompany accounting or consolidations is required
- Education: Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
- Experience: 3+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Systems & Rigor: Highly detail oriented with strong experience in Excel, ERP systems, and US GAAP
- Prioritization: Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a high growth organization
- Execution & Strategic Vision: Able to get hands dirty to drive organizational change while also maintaining an ability to manage up against strategic priorities/reporting
