We are looking for Senior Electrical Engineers to join our rapidly growing Hardware Platform organization, supporting defense hardware development across propulsion and weapons systems programs Propulsion: Develop and test cutting edge electronics for propulsion system. What they're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- 8+ years of experience designing, testing, and troubleshooting complex PCB designs, with demonstrated depth in at least one domain relevant to defense or aerospace hardware
- Deep expertise in analog, digital, and power electronics, with a track record of delivering hardware in challenging environments
- Expert proficiency with electronic CAD tools (Altium Designer strongly preferred)
- Proficiency with circuit simulation tools (LTSpice or equivalent) and experience applying simulation to validate designs before hardware build
- Strong competence with lab test equipment and test automation, experience designing or directing structured DVT and qualification campaigns
