At Anduril, our Industrial Engineers in Supply Chain Material Flow are the architects of operational scalability, taking cutting-edge defense hardware—including complex mechanical assemblies, electronic sensor payloads, and autonomous systems—and transforming them into mature, high-rate production realities across our manufacturing footprint.
What they're looking for
- Specialized Core Competencies: Demonstrated technical strength across core industrial engineering domains:
- Material Flow & Plant Layouts: Practical expertise in warehouse design, workstation design, value stream mapping, material replenishment strategies (e.g., continuous flow, line-side staging), and spatial planning
- Simulation & Line Modeling: Exposure to or proficiency with discrete event simulation software (e.g., Siemens Plant Simulation, Visual Components, Process Simulate) or stochastic line modeling techniques
- Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Top Secret security clearance
