About the role
Anduril's Air Dominance and Strike (AD&S) mission systems team is seeking a Senior Mission Systems Engineer with a focus on Electronic Warfare to join our team. The AD&S mission systems team is responsible for developing end-to-end "mission-ized" autonomous air systems capable of delivering exceptional warfighter outcomes to our customers. What they're looking for
- Define the electronic warfare capability of Group 5 autonomous platforms — threat sets to be countered, effects to be delivered, and the mission-level EW requirements that follow from them
- A sincere commitment to a positive, inclusive, and collaborative culture
- 10+ years experience in electronic warfare systems engineering, EW capability development, or EW systems analysis
- Expert level understanding of EW methods of employment — how ES and EA capabilities are tasked, planned, and employed against a threat laydown, and how technique selection changes with threat mode, geometry, and range
- Demonstrated ability to build and critically review EW and RF link budgets, including ERP, receiver sensitivity and dynamic range, J/S ratio, burn-through range, and probability of intercept
- Experience translating spectrum and power availability into mission-level employment recommendations and range envelopes
