As a Senior Finance Manager, you will own end-to-end financial leadership for a portfolio of programs for the high-growth Advanced Effects business line. This portfolio spans cutting-edge air vehicle programs that are rapidly scaling from development into production. You will set the operating cadence for financial management and scale the processes, tooling, and talent needed to support rapid growth. What they're looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 8–10+ years of progressive finance experience with meaningful exposure to P&L ownership, FP&A, or operational finance in a manufacturing, hardware, or production environment
- Strong command of unit economics, COGS, inventory dynamics, and working capital in a product business
- Experience building and owning financial plans: annual budgets, long-range forecasts, and the monthly rhythm that ties them together
- Demonstrated ownership of EAC development and forecasting discipline, including proactive risk identification and corrective action follow-through
- Advanced modeling skills and a systems-oriented mindset. You're fluent in Excel and comfortable driving ERP, reporting, and tooling improvements
