About the role
Detecting a small, fast, low-flying drone is the hardest problem in the counter-UAS kill chain, and everything downstream depends on getting it right. We are looking for a Senior Radar Engineer to join our rapidly growing Air Defense team based in Irvine, CA.
What they're looking for
- BS or MS degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or related technical field, and 5+ years of hands-on experience in radar systems engineering, including hardware, algorithms, or software development
- Strong expertise in radar architecture, waveform design, radar modes, and system-level modeling
- Proficiency in MATLAB and Python for radar simulation and analysis
- Proven track record in a technical leadership role developing high-performance defense radar systems
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance
