About the role
The Senior Supplier Industrialization Engineer (SIE), Electrical is a high-profile, cross-functional position focused on enabling development and production flow of Anduril's critical Electromagnetic Warfare (EW) supply base. You will work in close coordination with internal engineering, quality, supply chain, and manufacturing departments as well as directly with suppliers to execute effective, creative, and smart supply chain strategies to achieve production goals. What they're looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, supply chain, or related technical field
- 6+ years of experience in supplier quality and industrialization within an electronics manufacturing environment
- Deep PCBA expertise: SMT processing, wave/selective soldering, reflow profiling, component placement, and AOI/SPI/X-ray inspection
- Experience with electronics manufacturing standards (IPC-A-610, IPC J-STD-001, IPC-6012/6013) and strong understanding of DFM, DFT, and DFA
- Ability to travel at least 50% of the time
- Preference is to be onsite at an Anduril office but this role is open to remote
