About the role
Our team is actively seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Staff Test & Evaluation (T&E) Technical Program Manager (TPM) to quickly integrate into the team. In this role, you will support the Anduril Strategic Defense business line with your technical expertise and foster strategic collaboration across various teams. What they're looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related technical field from an accredited institution
- Current Top Secret Security Clearance
- 10+ years of experience in technical program or project management, engineering management, engineering, or comparable skill, preferably supporting testing teams
- Strong technical background with familiarity in systems engineering and/or software development
- Experience producing customer facing test deliverables (test plans, test reports, data analysis, etc.) and demonstrated maturity to articulate deliverable to a variety of stakeholders
- Experience as a test conductor, test director, or similar role while executing testing
