About the role
We are looking for a Talent Operations Coordinator to help enable Anduril's Talent Acquisition (TA) team to scale effectively. As a member of the TA Operations team, you will support data integrity and day-to-day system upkeep across our TA tech stack (including Greenhouse and ChartHop), serving as a first line of support for TA team stakeholders with questions or issues. - 1+ years of experience in a fast-paced Talent Acquisition, HR, or Operations function (Recruiting Coordinator experience a plus)
- Experience using an ATS (Greenhouse preferred) or similar HR/recruiting systems
- Customer-service mentality: enjoys working with stakeholders to solve problems and answer questions
- Detail-oriented: strong attention to accuracy and consistency, especially with recruiting and headcount data
- Communicative: clear, proactive communication with cross-functional stakeholders
- Organized and action-oriented: able to juggle multiple requests and follow through on the details
