About the role
Anduril Industries is seeking our next Technical Program Manager to lead international deployment execution for a maritime undersea domain awareness program. This role sits at the intersection of engineering, program management, and customer delivery — you will own the end-to-end execution of international demonstrations and system deployments, from planning through on-site execution. - 5+ years of technical program management experience, preferably in defense, maritime, or aerospace
- Demonstrated ability to manage international customer engagements and deployments in high-stakes environments
- Strong technical foundation — able to go deep on systems architecture, integration challenges, and hardware/software trade-offs without relying on engineering to translate for you
- Experience building and presenting technical briefings to senior military and government stakeholders
- Track record of managing complex, multi-team schedules with interdependent milestones and hard deadlines
- Proficiency in Jira for program scheduling, sprint management, and milestone tracking — you treat the tool as a real-time reflection of program health, not an administrative chore
