Anduril is seeking a Technical Program Manager to join the Omen team at our Costa Mesa HQ. Omen is Anduril’s hover-to-cruise autonomous air vehicle (AAV) that packs the endurance, payload, and mission flexibility of much larger airplanes into a novel runway-independent Group 3 platform. Omen can operate from ship decks, beaches, or remote island clearings, providing true runway independence and freedom of maneuver across defense and civilian domains. What they're looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Robotics, Physics, Engineering or first hand experience operating advanced Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS)
- 7+ years experience as a Technical Program Manager or product development role for payloads or a robotics system
- Proven experience in program management, preferably in a technical or military setting
- Familiarity with UAS products and experience working with end users in the field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized: able to manage concurrent programs and competing priorities in a fast-moving environment
