What they're looking for
- You are an exceptional product marketer and writer. You can get deep into a complicated business, find the thing that matters, and explain it plainly
- You have substantial experience in product, growth, or integrated B2B marketing, including positioning, launches, and campaigns you led end to end
- You have managed marketers or external partners while continuing to produce important work yourself
- You have marketed to sophisticated B2B buyers—such as funds, finance teams, or CFOs—where buying decisions are considered and the target market is specific enough to name
- You care equally about story and distribution. You know that a strong narrative is only valuable if the right people encounter it
- You have strong commercial instincts. You care whether the work changes customer behavior, creates qualified opportunities, and contributes to revenue, assets, or transaction volume
