About the role
Own interview scheduling and coordination in Ashby across multiple recruiters, hiring teams, and roles, managing complex calendars and availability from start to finish. Serve as a consistent point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process, ensuring communication is timely, thoughtful, and clear.
What they're looking for
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- 1+ years of experience (inclusive of internship experience) in recruiting coordination, recruiting operations, People Operations, or a similarly fast-paced operational role
- Exceptional organization and attention to detail, with the ability to manage complex scheduling, travel logistics, and multiple competing priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a strong instinct for creating a thoughtful candidate experience
- Strong judgment and the ability to independently troubleshoot scheduling, process, and operational challenges
- A high degree of ownership and comfort working in an environment where priorities can shift quickly and not every process has already been defined
